Delete your Loyally account

Loyally mobile app (also referred to as Loyally Pro) — iOS and Android

This page explains how to permanently delete your account in the Loyally / Loyally Pro app, operated by PQS SRL (PREMIUM QUALITAT SERVICE SRL).

Account deletion is permanent — it is not a temporary deactivation. It removes your account and the personal data associated with it, except for information we must retain where required by law.

You do not need an account to read this page. Deletion itself must be done while signed in to the app, or by email from your account address (see below).

1. Primary method — in the app

1. Open Loyally on your iPhone or Android device.
2. Sign in to your account.
3. Delete your account from either of these places:
   • Profile tab → Delete account
   • Menu (top right) → App settings → Delete account
4. Confirm with Delete permanently.

2. Alternative method — email

Email office@intelapps.ro from the email address linked to your account.

• Subject: Delete Loyally account

We will process your request and confirm by email when deletion is complete.

3. What is deleted

• Your user account and profile
• Loyalty data associated with your user account
• If you are a vendor: business data linked to that profile, according to the rules in the app
